Windows 10: Blue Screens while playing and streaming

Discus and support Blue Screens while playing and streaming in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I use OBS and have been having some issues here and there.     Blue Screens while playing and streaming


    I use OBS and have been having some issues here and there. PC is overclocked Ram, GPU, & CPU and on hardline waterloop. Sometimes I can play for days and days at a time and no BSOD and then randomly Ill have a couple in a day. Now when I stream which it didn't use to do this I get BSOD after really random periods of time. Sometimes after a few hours, sometimes after 10 minutes. I ran WhoCrashed and this is the report.     I can't get a video to stream to my lg smart tv in full screen , it's playing full screen on the pc no problem

    Hi Steve,

    To assist you better, I like to know; how exactly you are trying to stream video from your PC to LG Smart TV?

    As an initial step, I suggest you to try updating the display adapter on your system.

    Follow the below steps:

    • Click on the Start button, and type Device Manager on the search bar.
    • Open Device Manager, expand Display Adapters.
    • Find and double-click Display Adapters from the left panel to update.
    • Right-click the device, and click Update.

    As you are able to play the video full screen in your PC, then it might be an issue related to LG Smart TV. I suggest you to check for the LG Smart TV manual and check what all settings need to done to play video in full screen.

    Blue screens could be caused by problems with your computer’s hardware or with its driver. Still, we
    would like to know more about the issue. Please clarify the following:

    • Did you get a STOP code?
    • Did you install any hardware or driver recently?

    Hi Jon,

    Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device software drivers
    • Corrupted Windows update system files
    • Software/Security conflicts

    We would like to know some information:

    • Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
    • Have you tried booting in Safe mode?
