Windows 10: Blue screens

Ive been blue screening for the past year or so very often to the point where i could even go on google chrome without blue screening and Ive tried every fix that most people have recommended in forums off videos etc. And i cant figure out what is causing them or how to fix it. I can be in the middle of doing anything and my pc will either freeze and everything locks up and ill have to hard reset it or it would just hit me straight with a blue screen and i have to restart. If anyone can help that would be amazing.
