Windows 10: Blue screens

I have got a lot of problems with blue screens but I could always boot up again until now. I don't even care that I'm losing all of my documents I just want a fresh restart but. Everytime when Im trying to download windows 10 again on my laptop it's giving me the blue screen over and over again. I can go to the bios but when in pressing f11 for a factory restart I get the blue screen to. Is there anyway I can delete everything from my computer? Because I don't know what to do right now.
