Blue Spinning Circle when using Chrome

    Hi Marcel,

The blue spinning circle when using Chrome can be caused by any changes made in the configuration settings of the browser or a system conflict. Let us isolate your concern by performing the troubleshooting steps below:

Method 1: Delete the cache and cookies.

Clearing the web history will help us determine what's causing the issue. Follow the steps below:

    • Open the Chrome browser.
    • On the browser toolbar, tap More.
    • Select History, then tap Clear browsing data.
    • Under "Clear browsing data," select the checkboxes for the Cookies and Cached images and files.
    • Select the amount of data that you'll delete by using the menu at the top of the page.
    • Tap Clear browsing data.
Method 2: Try the Incognito mode. This a privacy feature in some web browsers to disable browsing history and the web cache. To do this, press
    Ctrl + SHift + N.

    Method 3:
    Reset your browser settings
    .

Let us know your concern has been resolved.

    Spinning blue circle questions

Hi, I know what the spinning blue circle means, but when the Blue spinning circle + Pointer turns into a singular spinning circle does that mean its processing something bigger than average?
