Windows 10: Blue Tooth on Asus VivoBook Flip 14 TP401M

Afternoon - the blue tooth icon has gone, also any mention of blue tooth on this computer. When I get into settings it is showing a blue tooth mouse visual but saying that it is turned off. No matter what I do, the mouse will not turn on! I cannot uninstall it because it asks me to turn the mousse on! I've gone through every suggestion to find "blue tooth" but it has disappeared! Where the damn has it gone!

We have had windows updates. I am SO frustrated; but a little lucky that the vivobook is touch screen. I would prefer the mouse. Please please help. Of course ASUS on line help is off line - I live in Australia and I assume they are on the other side of the plant.

blue tooth driver vanished

seems my blue tooth driver vanished. in settings, when blue tooth is selected, there is no toggle to turn it on. No buttons present that do anything.

In Control panel , under devices, where you are seeing a list of all the drivers, there is no Blue Tooth listed. Reading the list from the top: Audio; batteries; computer. No blue tooth.

 

ELAN WBF Fingerprint Sensor on ASUS Laptop cannot start

on Asus site, the driver version for fingerprint is the same as if windows search automatically, no other versions.
