    its not that simple, the thing is like: I think windows tried installing a update onto the device while there was VERY not much space left. i cant turn on the pc in safe mode and only use the command prompt and repair options that windows provides which dont work Also note: i am trying to help my mom this is not my pc. doing a factory reset isnt a best option because she has some important files on there tooOkay but the actual problem is: i tried freeing up some space by deleting files with the command prompt, it does ask me the Y/N question but when i type yes it doesnt do anything, like ig
