Windows 10: BlueScreen ACPI_BIOS_ERROR

So the bluescreen happen after i shutdown my laptop after doing some work, and went to the cafe to meet with my friend to do some exam and turned on my laptop again. But after i turned it on, my laptop went bluescreen with ACPI_BIOS_ERROR. Can anyone help me to fix this so i can do my exam? Thank you

Step 1:

Initially, I suggest you to unplug the external devices connected to the computer (except mouse and keyboard) then restart the computer and check.

Step 2:

I suggest you to press and hold the Power button until the computer turns off completely.

Next time you boot up you might get the black screen with the logon options, choose
Start Windows Normally to boot to the desktop screen.

The error ACPI_BIOS_ERROR is pertaining to the BIOS of the device. This indicates that you have to obtain a latest BIOS firmware. Now, to resolve this stop code on your device, we suggest that you contact the device manufacturer to have it checked.

Blue Screen ACPI_BIOS_ERROR

I updated my laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10 back in October. A couple days ago, I closed my laptop to eat dinner and when I opened it back up it was off. I turned it on and that's when I saw the "Blue Screen of Death" ACPI_BIOS_ERROR message recycling
over and over. I then attempted to hit F2 to get to the Boot Menu. I can get to the Boot Menu just fine, however once there the keyboard seems to stop functioning. I can click every button and nothing happens, I can't even use the arrows to move over. Next
I tried to take my wireless keyboard and plug the USB into the computer. It doesn't seem that the USB ports are working either. The external wireless keyboard won't allow me to access the Boot Menu at all. I am at a loss and I don't know what the next step
I should take is. If anyone has any suggestions, please, please let me know. Thank you in advance!
