    Hello,Recently for a few days I have been getting occasional bluescreens and freezes whenever I startup my computer, but they seem to go away until the next day when I start my computer again. I did also recently take apart my computer to clean it, unplugging my HDD and taking off my front plate in the process, and placing everything back when I was done. I assume that this is just coincidental rather than a direct cause, but I thought I would just mention it either way. The most recent error I got on my system was a bluescreen with the code "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL". I have already:- Run DISM

    Random bluescreens when starting/shutting down

    Hi,

    I've got a PC who had these bluescreens randomly when shutting down/starting up a few months back.

    I reinstalled Windows from an image and this seemed to solve the problem.

    Bluescreens have returned, so instead of reinstalling again I was hoping maybe someone could help me out.

    Here are a few dmp files that have been generated:

    Microsoft OneDrive

    Microsoft OneDrive

    and

    Microsoft OneDrive

    The bluescreens appear randomly only when starting/shutting down, I can't really reproduce it.

    Sometimes they're gone for a week only to popup everyday the next.

    BlueScreen when shutting down a VMWare Workstation OS


    Consistently receiving a DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION bluescreen when shutting down a vmware workstation OS (in this case a windows 7 OS).

    Was running on VMWare workstation 10, upgraded to 11 but am still experiencing this behaviour.

    Side effect of this is that the virtual machine will get destroyed and is not rebootable on a restart, I have to revert to a complete backup of the virtual machine.

    Attached the dump file generated by the tool?

    Any suggestions?

    Yeah I'm pretty sure that's not a software related issue which is why I was suggesting that you remove the video card to start with since it's such an easy process of elimination step.

    I'm not familiar with AMD CPUs, I did see that you had listed in your system specs but I had no idea whether or not it has an iGPU

    Is there any possibility of you being able to get your hands on any compatible video card at all?it would be the easiest step to try to troubleshoot or at least one of the easier ones. You should be able to get into the bios without anything but A display cable hooked up to the motherboard
