Windows 10: Bluescreen after windows 11 24h2 update - rollback not possible due to bluescreen

Today my PC performed the 24h2 update. I did forgot to turn off the automatic installation. The restart did fail and as a result the System has tried to roll back. But this does also cause a blue screen and the system does restart and run into the same blue screen over and over again.I made a bootable USB Stick and was able to get into the recovery menu. But there I cannot roll back the update because of the unfinished roll back. The only option I could perform would be restart and finish roll back. But this does again run into the same bluescreen loop.I do not know what to do else. Are there

2. Do you see any error code along with the message “DRIVERS POWER STATE FAILURE”?
   
3. Are there any external devices connected to your computer?
   

The usual causes for bluescreen errors are Graphic card drivers and Network adapter drivers. We can go ahead and try to update the drivers.

Windows 11 Bluescreen, netio.sys

Hello All,

In Sep 2022, my HP Envy with Windows 11, began randomly experiencing bluescreen, due to netio.sys. This was after running normally for just over a year.

Stop Code: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

After applying all Windows and HP updates, the bluescreen continues. During bluescreen, there is no vpn in use, no audio playing, no special apps open, just a browser.
