    Windows 10 Bluescreen Bugcheck 0x00000133

    This has only happened once:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 (0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000001e00, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: e260dc7c-ba6d-4d7f-8952-f238ba0c521b.

I have a DMP file but don't know what to do with it.

    What caused it?

Newly purchased PC has been crashing, mainly while using Zoom, but the last time was while watching YouTube video. Another problem, which may be related, is that my Bluetooth speaker (Oontz Angle 3) makes a popping sound when connected to this PC, but is
fine when used with other devices.

    The Event Viewer message is:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000501, 0x0000000000000500, 0xfffff80573573358). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 54bd8ed6-7299-4217-a106-c2f03e8a49cf.

I have 2 minidumps, MSINFO file and system data from Speccy, but I don't know where to upload them for help.
