Windows 10: Bluescreen Bugcheck errors

My PC recently got windows reinstalled because it was having some issues with windows. At first, my pc was good, then a couple of days ago it started to restart once a day due to a bug check. When I check Reliability Monitor it says:

bluescreen error message wont allow access to desktop

• What is the exact error message showing on your end?
• Were there any changes/updates to your device prior to the issue?
• Any troubleshooting steps you've done so far to resolve the issue?

Help with Bluescreen -- Bugcheck

I run Windows 7 and keep getting a Bluescreen with this bugcheck code

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000004e (0x0000000000000099, 0x000000000033f5fe, 0x0000000000000002, 0x000000000033f5e8).

I have checked my memory and completed updates to my drivers and still getting the problem. Can anyone help me interpret these codes or provide other assistance to help me fix the problem. I would be so appreciative.

1. Do you get bluescreen errors randomly or while performing any specific actions such as playing a game or running any particular application?
   
2. Do you see any error code along with the message “DRIVERS POWER STATE FAILURE”?
   
3. Are there any external devices connected to your computer?
   

The usual causes for bluescreen errors are Graphic card drivers and Network adapter drivers. We can go ahead and try to update the drivers.
