Windows 10: Bluescreen - cause? dump and nfo

    Bluescreen - cause? dump and nfo


    Had a bluescreen this morning which has not happened in a very long time. Linked below is msinfo32 and minidump. Can anyone advise the cause and possible fix to avoid in future?

    Windows 10 1703 BlueScreen "WIN32K_POWER_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT"

    The HDD of the Laptop is BitLocker-Encrypted.
    Every time the User powers on the Laptop, he has to enter the encryption password.
    Afterward the Laptop should boot into Windows 10 1703, but instead, the User gets this BlueScreen and the Laptop reboots.
    While rebooting, the User has to enter the encryption password one more time, but then the Laptop successfully boots into Windows.
    So it's only the first try after initially powering on the device that is causing the BlueScreen.

    Here are all Minidumps, the Memory dump, a Sysinfo32.nfo and a Screenshot of the BlueScreen:

    BSOD Help (also crashes without BSODs and dump files)


    The rebooting issue I am suffering does not generate a blue screen or dump files. After doing some research, it was recommended that I try running Windows' driver reviewer to stress the drivers and potentially generate BSODs to gain some insight into what could be causing the aforementioned reboots. Once I began running reviewer, that is when I was able to create blue screens and the dump files that I attached to this post. Hopefully, they are pointing me in the right direction; however, I am a bit skeptical. Since I cannot seem to cause a reboot using cpu, ram, or gpu stress tests, I find it very difficult to pinpoint whether my problem is with hardware or software. I hope your suggestion to uninstall Panda fixes the problem, but only time will tell.
