Windows 10: BlueScreen Code 124 on a brand new laptop ASUS - UX425J bought today via Amazon :-

Hi Microsoft Community Team,


Today, I purchased a brand new laptop ASUS - UX425J i.e. Zenbook 14 2020 via Amazon and faced the Code 124 error multiple times.


I tried doing a recovery and installed windows multiple times. However, the laptop freezes after 20 minutes of reboot.


I could return the laptop as a mundane solution for now. However, it will refrain me from knowing what the issue is. Request you to help me understand the probable causes here. I have captured the log below from reliability history.

Getting random bluescreen 124

Hello,

I have a problem with my laptop, sometimes it reboots itself and when I check the reliability history I see that it reports a bluscreen 124.

Windows shutting down unexpectedly error code 124

My new HP Pavillion laptop shut down and restart by itself while am using Google Chrome. Got this report saying BlueScreen with error code 124. Can someone help how to resolve this. thanks in advance
