Windows 10: Bluescreen Critical failure with error Event ID: 41 and Task Category 63

Hey Microsoft community! I'm running Windows 11 Version 10.0.22621 Build 22621 on a custom-built PC from MicroCenter G446, and I'm encountering frequent blue screens, sometimes up to 3 times a day. If i get no BSODs, no errors, no events logged in event viewer apart from kernel power 41 (63), not even the windows did not shut down successfully screen (don't know if that is still in windows 10), and the computer just turns off and a few seconds later it turns back on, is it safe to assume that it is the power supply and not the motherboard? Because I have heard that this can be caused by the motherboard. Also when this happens, is it harmful for the rest of the hardware?

My computer keeps freezing up and when I looked at the logs it says kernal power event id 41 task category 63. I've seen many people ask about that here and nobodies got an answer to it yet.

Ive been having this Issue for months now, and I dont know what to do. Ive read somewhere that i should get a new PSU, but is there really no other fix? I dont really want to invest in a new one. I posted this question once a few months ago and got suggested to delete the video card drivers and install them anew, but that didnt help either.
