Windows 10: Bluescreen CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED & SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION ntoskrnl.exe

I experienced some Bluescreens the last weeks. After the bluescreen and the automated restart, the computer would not boot no boot device. But after power off it booted again fine. Sudden BlueScreen: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED and SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

I am using that PC with Windows 10 1909 build for more than 6 months, but suddenly yesterday when the system is in idle, I got the bluescreen error with CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. I never saw like this before on this PC. Can't find out the reason whether it's
because of the automatic OS updates or Hardware problem. I tried resetting the OS and reinstalling it several times, but it's still the same. But today, when I was copying some files, a new Bluescreen error with SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION came. Even in safe
mode, these errors are coming. How to stop it?

 

Sudden BlueScreen: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED and SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

There is no file on C:\Windows\minidump, it's empty. Now also bluescreen came with error CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED, after restart also, there is no file on minidump folder.

I did again but the bluescreen appearing just for 0.5 sec and restarting my system. So it's at 0% only, it never went to 100%. I took video on my phone, again the error is same CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. This error happens when I copy large folder that
has files around 30GBs. Is it possible by SSD also? Minidump is empty.
