Windows 10: BlueScreen DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION 0x00000133 00000000`00000001 , freeze and after 30...

Hello,made new PC where i get sometimes Blueescreen. First i thought it was the wifi driver, after that i had some days peace. Yes i use wifi. Under load it did not happen, usally if am browsing or doing nothing.Changes in Bios: AMD-V,EXPO Profile, Adjusted Fan Curve Silent, Updated to the newest Bios Since my Fan Cases PMW where always at 1100 RPM.Inside the Eventviewer i cant get any clue, only before where it says Wifi had connection issues Critical, so i get a driver from Lenovo, since Gigabyte did not provide the newest.==================================================Dump File

other troubleshooting steps, checked the drivers

tried to update your drivers, yes

What happened prior to getting the error? it just freezes for 20 seconds ish then the blue screen of death

My computer consistently blue screens with a DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION with a bug check code of 0x00000133. I am not sure what to do, I have tried updating the driver for the hard drive, and I have even completely formatted the hard drive and reinstalled Windows
and have the same issue.

random bluescreens Bug Check Code : 0x00000133

I am new here so if anything is wrong with how this is posted let me know.

Anyway I bought a acer laptop about a month ago exact model Aspire E5-774G-52W1. This just started happening today out of the blue but here are some exported logs from bluescreenview I managed to get before it bluescreened again. I will try and run the dm log collector however I can't guarantee I will be able to before I get another bluescreen.

Also I am getting weird things like this in my event viewer. I don't know if it is related but it's an issue none the less. The WHEA logger events are happening non stop it seems. It seems to be tied to pci express root port but I am not sure what ti do about it and it seems to have started on december 3rd
