Windows 10: Bluescreen errors. Can't identify which hardware/driver is at fault

I am getting a lot of bluescreen errors recently. Aside from bluescreens, Chrome pages also crash randomly with STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION errors. Some random apps also crashed for no reason.I tried to reinstall Windows 11 and all hardware drivers, chipset drivers, reset to motherboard default and none worked. I am suspecting a broken hardware but I can't identify which one. I am attached the minidump I collected over these two days. 1. Do you get bluescreen errors randomly or while performing any specific actions such as playing a game or running any particular application?
   
2. Do you see any error code along with the message “DRIVERS POWER STATE FAILURE”?
   
3. Are there any external devices connected to your computer?
   

The usual causes for bluescreen errors are Graphic card drivers and Network adapter drivers. We can go ahead and try to update the drivers.

Hello Brent, bluescreen issue is often resulted by faulty hardware or drivers. I suggest updating Graphics card drivers and Network adapter drivers because they usually cause this

Incompatible device drivers are known to operate against the method that Windows 10 follows. We suggest that you run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter to scan your computer, identify the problem, and attempt to fix the issue automatically. To run the
troubleshooter, follow these steps:

• Right-click on the Start icon and select Control Panel.
• Type troubleshooting in the search bar and click on
  Troubleshooting.
• Click on Hardware and Sound > Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter.
  

If the issue persists, uninstall the touchpad driver, then follow these steps to check if the issue is driver related:

• Right-click on the name of your PC at the top of the list of devices in
  Device Manager.
• Select Scan for hardware changes to reinstall the device driver, or download and install the latest version from the manufacturer’s website.
