    Hello, Early in 2021/8/16, the pc often shows bluescreen with error number: REFERENCE_BY_POINTER, this was after changing of DC-IN cable aiming for repair of the problem of difficult in OS starting.Several times the pc was updated for windows or DELL but nearly not used until 2021/11/10, after updating of some windows antivirus and during updating windows10 updates, the pc showed bluescreen again with error number: REFERENCE_BY_POINTER.After restarting, the DELL updates was proceeded when the bluescreen showed again but with error number of DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, and during restarting

    That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

    I suggest Option 1 is easier.

    If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

    Hi Ray,

    To troubleshoot your issue, we suggest doing these following troubleshooting methods:

    Method 1

    • Turn off your PC.
    • Press and hold Shift then turn on your PC.
    • Wait for the setup (set up fixes the problem automatically).
    Method 2

    • Create a media creation tool by following the steps in this
      link      .
    • Select your preferred installation option and wait for the process to finish.

    Thank you for your reply!

    Sadly I don't think the problem is the same. The guy was having problems seeing his RAID volume, I believe Windows would be able to see mine if I only could load the driver or refresh the drive list, only everytime I do so I get the bluescreen.

    I just thought that I should try a different USB key. I have a 2.0 key where I'm using a 3.0 key right now.

    But thank you for reading, I know it is a long post.

    Any other suggestions are welcome!
