Windows 10: Bluescreen with pdc.sys error with system_service_exception when PC wakes up

Sometimes when my PC wakes up, it shows a bluescreen with system_service_exception. Culprit: pdc.sysI have a dump file but I'm not competent enough to analyse it and understand where is the problem. Could anybody help?Thanks,Louis-Philippe Bouchard

Bluescreen of Death occurring: System_Service_Exception (RTKVHD64.sys)

My new Laptop (Acer V Nitro, bought in February 16) is not running properly!

While using Sound programs like Microsoft Groove or Micorsoft Films & TV a bluescreen occurs after a certain time of usage. Each time I get the following error message: System_Service_Exception (RTKVHD64.sys). The error Message obviously addresses the realtekek
Audio Programm. I updated the realtek drivers but the bluescreen is still occurring. I uninstalled realtek and reinstalled it (via the acer Homepage).

Even though my Windows 10 is still crashing when using Sound programs like Microsoft Groove. I am not able to find the source of this Problems...

Can anyone help or has anybody similar Problems?

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (igdkmd64.sys)

I try to install newest Intel HD Graphics 4600 drivers on Windows 10, but get the BSOD: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (igdkmd64.sys). I tried drivers from:

• Intel site
  
• Asus (Motherboard manufacturer) site
  
• Windows Update
  

This error come every time when trying to update the drivers. The Device Manager shows Microsoft generic VGA graphics adapter drivers and Intel drivers cannot be installed. The BSOD comes either while installing or after reboot.

The system has only Intel's onboard graphics.

How could I get Intel drivers installed without BSOD?

creating a new user account on your computer and see if the same error will occur while using a different profile. To do this, simply follow the steps below:

  someone else to this PC.

  Enter a user name, password, password hint, and then select Next.
