Windows 10: Bluescreen with “unexpected storage exception” error

Hey, I recently formatted my PC (3 days ago) and yesterday I started downloading WoW and PUBG and I got a blue screen with the error mentioned in the title.After the bluescreen my pc didn’t get past the BIOS in the startup and showed me this message: http://prntscr.com/rl4w3j Did some research on how to fix it, did some changed to the boot priorities and restarted like 2-3 times, did a Bios/CMOS reset, checked the SATA cables, replaced the SATA cables and nothing happened. I then plugged in the USB drive that had the windows I used during the last format, went to “Repair my computer” and tried system restore but got these message: http://prntscr.com/rl4vwi Don’t really know what to do from now on so I would like some advice before I use the last option, reinstalling windows again and downloading everything... Thank you for your time!
