Windows 10: Bluescreens and Crashes, Mouse jitter and laggy Win11, help?

Hello,as the title said, I'm having instability issues with Win11 Home since changing my MB and CPU. I am trying to rule out any Software issues before I give up on the hardware and I would love some pointers as to what else I could try to test and check.I've had Windows Bluescreen when opening demanding applications such as games and 3D software like Cinema4D. Sometimes Windows just randomly stutters, freezes or is generally slow stuck on loading / freezing explorer. My CPU has a temperature spike during user log in / starting up windows. Idle it sits at 40°C, light use up to 50°C, the sp

Jittering mouse

So here is what is happening

it started out with my mouse randomly freakomg out and jittering, the jittering is stopped when I move the mouse and the mouse doesn't bounce around the screen rather it stays in a place relative to where my mouse pointer was before the jittering

But just I few moments ago I let it jitter and it moved upwards, now I am very forgetful and I may of just moved the mouse pointer upwards but still im worried something bad might be happening

Try using a different port on your system to use the mouse. Does it jitter there too?
