Bluethoot headphones interrupts

Hello,

I have Bluethoot headphones JBL tune 500 BT and bluethoot speaker JBL charge 3.

My bluethoot driver is up to date.

I have no any issues with bluethoot speaker JBL charge 3,but when i am trying to play music throught my headphones ,the sound is interrupted/cut.

I tried to reinstall the bluethooth drivers,unpaired/paired my device,disable and enable again but without success.There is no special driver for JBL tune 500 BT.

On my androids devices headphones are working well,no any problems.

I turned off my home wifi but sound still interrupts.

The question is why is working on bluethoot speaker,not on headphones?

many thanks for the effort you put in the reply. The motherboard ive chosen for this custom built pc is the Gigabyte B560 HD3 and the bluethoot hardrive is the Intel wireless bluethoot device. I did what you suggested and ive noticed that the wifi problem was my fault because i had the bluethoot not activated on the iphone hotspot, so the wifi works properly. Unfortunately the bluethoot on the pc won't show any devices. i think ill wait for an update or just buy a bt dongle to solve this trouble. Thanks again for the reply.Have a wonderful day.

months ago i had a problem with bluethoot and wifi not showing on the quick options , and they disappeared from the device management too. The problem often solved itself at the startup of the next day, sounds weird but wifi and bluethoot worked again. Few weeks ago a new update solved this problem, but ive noticed that the bluethoot wasnt actually working even if the icon was there and the device was showing in the devices management; ive tried many ways to repair this problem but none of the methods suggested online worked.I dont really need bluethoot so ive ignored this problem. Today the same happened to the wifi; The icon and the devices are recognised in the pc, but i cant connect to any wireless connection.Ive already tried to remove the devices and reinstall the drivers but this doesnt change nothing....except the bluethoot found for a second a device but it quickly disappeared.The only thing strange ive noticed, its that there are no bluethoot services activated in the services menu.Does anyone had the same experience or knows how to solve this problem or i have to wait for the next update?
