Windows 10: Bluethooth having issues after hibernation on Windows 10 - Lenovo Y720

Hi there! I'm facing a huge problem with my laptop for quite some time almost 1 year by now and I can't really solve it nor the brazillian Microsoft forums my country. What usually happens is: I usually use Bluethooth headphones and they work normally after a windows shut down. The issue happens when I try to use hibernate: the bluethooth simply breaks down. The BT button in the windows action center gets unresponsive i.e. clicking on it doesn't do anything, also going throght the settings don't work either, the BT button actually works but it doesn't do anything and I can't connect any B

Lenovo Y720 with preinstalled Windows

I have Lenovo Y720 since 3 months. It came with preinstalled Windows 10 Home.

Now I need to reinstall Windows but I don't have the cd-key written on the back of the laptop.

I used software to export my key so basicly I have it but will be there a problem with the activation after the fresh install?

That looks as if hibernate is enabled but not functioning as it should.

I suggest you try this:

From an admin command prompt:
powercfg -h off

then
powercfg -h on

and check your power plan settings.

As hibernation uses a large file on your disk, also check your disk for issues:
Hard Disk Sentinel (trial) - excellent.
If ok. then run
chkdsk c: /scan
from an admin command prompt.
