Windows 10: Bluetooh, driver and devices.

Hi, i'm having troubles with the bluetooth of my notebook I think that it happened after an update.I did everything that is suggested in here: https://support.microsoft.com/pt-br/windows/corrigir-problemas-de-bluetooth-no-windows-723e092f-03fa-858b-5c80-131ec3fba75c but nothing worked out, actually, after the last part, I can't even find the bluetooth drivers in the device manager. Windows says that the notebook doesn't have bluetooth, but it has. I searched for the drivers in the samsung update app too, but did'nt find anythingThe model of my device is: NP800G5M-XG3BR.Could somebody

I have a headphones that works my old mac with bluetooh, i have bought a new pc with windows 10 but it can be reconigse . any suggestion?

 

How to definitely remove/uninstall Bluetooh drivers and devices in Windows 10? (Regedit)

I have a Bluetooth device keyboard corrupted as paired. I tried everything to remove and reinstall it. But it seems like windows is always saving the devices in the registry or something.

What I have tried:

1. Removed one by one all the hidden devices from Device Manager > Bluetooh
   
   
   
   
2. After uninstalling the last one and install the official drivers provided by Dell: https://www.dell.com/support/home/e...V&osCode=WT64A&productCode=xps-15-9570-laptop
   
3. Installation process ask me to restart
   
4. After restart, I go to device manager and the removed/uninstalled devices and drivers are there again!!
   
   
   
   
   

I'm completly desperated. Is there a way to remove all the devices from regedit or some type of hidden file in the system?

I had turned on the bluetooh in the setting and it is turn on, i' m try to make connection with sony experia android, my phone was found it but the bluetooh could not connect and could not receive or sharing any file for example, i was choose a foto and
i will share it with sony android, i turn on the bluetooh and search the sony devic, my phone found it but my phone could not make a connection, my phone does not respons the sony device,,, so.... For what the bluetooh in side lumia if it is not have a function.
Please microsoft make a chenge with the lumia software service,, thankyou
