The earphones are Huawei Freebuds Pro and the computer is mentioned in the question title.I've already tried:- Restarting computer- Un-pair and pair Bluetooth earphones again- Updating and installing the newest drivers from Lenovo's official page for this specific serial number- Removing earphones from the device manager and then connecting them back- Restarting the Bluetooth Support service windows +R - >services.msc- Pairing those earphones to a new computer works perfectly fine- Pairing those earphones to a cell phone they also work as expectedThey are connected and the computer re

Yes, it is correct. Some computers do not support the required camera compatibility because the Hello Facial Recognition feature requires an IR camera.
