Windows 10: Bluetooth acting oddly Dell Vostro 3700 with Windows 10

Ok so I know Dell don't support Windows 10 for this device, but that doesn't seem to have stopped others getting the bluetooth working. I've followed all the previous advice about getting the bluetooth working on the Vostro but to no luck.

The odd thing is Windows doesn't see a Bluetooth capability, the trouble shooter tells me there is no bluetooth capability and to buy a dongle - however, and hear me out here...I am typing this on a bluetooth keyboard detected by the laptop without me pairing it, post format and clean Win 10 install! So somewhere somehow Windows is seeing a bluetooth device, just not at a level where I can control it.

nVidia 330M video card in dell vostro 3700 is not showing in window 10 64bit

I have Dell Vostro 3700 with Vostro 3700 - nVidia 330M video card discrete card. Previously i am using window 7 the card is workding fine. But when i install window 10, neither the card is showing in driver list nor
it is installing. I have to just use the intel dedicated graphic. Please help to short out this problem as my card is 2 gb and it will help me alot in working.

 

Dell Vostro Bluetooth No longer Seen on Windows 10

I have a Dell Vostro 3700 laptop that I have updated with a clean install from Windows 7 to Windows 10.

In Windows 7 guise it had Bluetooth functionality using Widcomm Bluetooth software and Windows driver packages for Broadcom Bluetooth.

Now in Windows 10, Bluetooth is not shown in Device Manager. And Troubleshooting tells me that Bluetooth isn't present on my laptop. This seems very odd because the Bluetooth hardware is present as far as I know.

Any ideas?

 

Error: "This app cannot run on this version of Windows" while connecting to internet on Dell Vostro 3500 computer running Windows 10

I successfully upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 on my Dell Vostro 3500 computer, but when I tried to do the same on my Dell Vostro 3700 running the very same operating system, I ran into trouble.

On the Vostro 3700 everything in Windows 10 seems to be okay, except I cannot connect to the Internet. To make Windows 7 run properly after a complete system wipe and reinstall, I had to install two network drivers which I obtained from the Dell site. They
work in Windows 7, but one will not install in Windows 10.

If the Vostro 3500 can run Windows 10, it seems that the Vostro 3700 should be able to, also.

If I cannot fix this, I will have to revert to Windows 7. But I have already cleaned my disk, so I might need to do a complete reinstall of Windows 7 from the manufacturer’s CD. That will be three days completely lost to the ineptitude of Microsoft and its
inability to make its products work properly.
