Windows 10: Bluetooth and Internet both not working in device manager

In device manager:


For "IntelR Wireless BluetoothR": This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. Code 31. Requested operation was unsuccessful.


For "IntelR Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz": Windows is still setting up the class configuration for this device.

Solutions I tried:

Download the most current Intel drivers for bluetooth and internet.

Windows is currently up to date

I can connect to wifi even with the wifi with the error

Eventually my bluetooth xbox one controller shows up, but the connection is so spotty it makes games unplayable with a controller.

Can't Find Bluetooth on device manager.

• Have you done any recent changes on your computer prior to this issue?

Bluetooth devices connected and working but not in the "Manage Bluetooth Devices" setting.

Alright so. I had an issue with my Bluetooth mouse connecting. So I uninstalled the Bluetooth adapter from the Device list and paired the mouse again. Mouse works fine but now I don't see the mouse listed under the "Manage Bluetooth Devices" setting.
I do see it listed under Bluetooth on device lists. Is there a fix for this annoyance?

Method 1: Troubleshoot

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Drive. Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter

You may follow the steps and check if it helps in resolving the issue, as the device might be hidden.

• Press Windows key + X.
• Click on Device Manager.
• Click on View.
• Click on Show Hidden Devices.
• Search for the Bluetooth device.
• Right click on the Bluetooth device and click
  uninstall.
