Bluetooth speaker volume adjustment issue

Hi everyone,

I have just bought a new MSI PS63 (8SC model).

When not connecting to bluetooth speaker, volume adjustment work normally.

But while I connect to a bluetooth speaker, if I adjust volume from 1 to 100, nothing change. Now I can have only 0(mute) or 100.

I have tried some type of bluetooth speaker, they are the same.

I use window 10 and already install all drivers.

And I have search on many forums but still can not get the solution.

i dont think you understand me, i know i can adjust the volume my issue is that setting the bluetooth speaker volume to 100 now sets the laptop volume also to 100. it didnt use to be the case

Once you've set the physical volume buttons on the device whilst controlling it's Master Volume, say 50%, switch back to the PC Master from the Volume flyout......
