    Bluetooth and wifi issues.


    Hello,I have my laptop Asus Zenbook fro about 4 years it worked just fine for a long time lately it has been used only stationary and at random moment my bluetooth got so weak that i cant pull my device more than 1 meter away, whe i do that its starts to stutter and 1,5m away sound completely dissapears but device staying connected i tried with sony wh1000xm3, Bose QC 45, Mi Portable speaker, logitech mx master 3s mouse stays connected too but gets very very laggy. Same issue with wi-fi, at some point it randomly got so weak that to use wi-fi i have to sit not further than 1m away from

    i'm running win 10 1607

    i have i did a speed test when I'm connected to skype (wifi) with a Bluetooth headset and the WiFi set to wpa2/wpa. the WiFi speed drops below 1Mbps.

    the speed is normal without Bluetooth.

    I can't use my Bluetooth device with wifi the speed deteriorates too much.

    I tried the steps that suggested by you, but didnt worked. Still wifi nd bluetooth not working. Please understand.
