Windows 10: Bluetooth audio automatically getting disabled and enabled

I updated drivers on my pc after which on connecting to BT headphones it keeps on getting disabled and enabled,i tried reinstalling previous version of drivers but didn't work,my pc is Acer Nitro 5 AN 515-55. Please help.

Re-enable audio device

Before we proceed with troubleshooting, I would need little information on the issue.

• Are using speakers / head phones to listen to audio?

If you have disabled the audio device, then you might not see it under the list of playback devices. I would suggest you to follow these steps to make sure you see the disabled devices:

    Open
    Control panel.
    
  • 
    Click Hardware and Sound and then Click on
    Sounds.
    
  • 
    Under Playback tab, right click on the empty area and make sure
    “Show Disabled Devices” has a check mark on it. If headphones/Speakers are disabled, it will now show up in the list.
    
  • 
    Right click on the device and
    Enable it. Click OK.
    

If the issue still persists, try enabling speakers automatically using steps below.

  Go to Settings> Click on themes> Advance sound settings> right click on the speakers or the audio device youo have connected > click on
  Configure device.

  Test the sound level you want, click Next.
  
• 
  And configure the audio devices.

bluetooth getting disabled

I have already done all of these steps before but went through the list again. At this point the bluetooth is not enabled in device manager and won't enable. the troubleshooter just says that bluetooth is not supported which is wrong since i've happily
used bluetooth for over a year on this laptop.

I've installed all new drivers and still can't get it to turn on in device manager.

Manufacturers of consumer electronics and home entertainment devices can now build their products to send large amounts of video, music and photos between devices wirelessly at speeds consumers expect.
Bluetooth 3.0 gets its speed from the 802.11 radio protocol. The inclusion of the 802.11 Protocol Adaptation Layer (PAL) provides increased throughput of data transfers at the approximate rate of 24 Mbps. In addition, mobile devices including Bluetooth 3.0 + HS will realize increased power savings due to enhanced power control built in.

Applications

• Bulk download photos to a printer or PC
• Send video files from camera or phone to computer or television

Availability

The Bluetooth SIG's formal adoption of the specification is only the first step in the product lifecycle.
