Windows 10: Bluetooth Audio Cutout / Win 10 64-Bit

Similar Problem: Bluetooth speaker cuts out on PC only - Speakers - Audio

Basically after awhile I hear a short and faint beep..and I lose all audio.

Only way to recover it is through turning off Bluetooth on the computer and then turning it back on.

I've tried the solutions in the Tomsguide thread but no luck. (Disabling the hands-free, disabling recording devices, settings Bluetooth as default, etc)

I've tried uninstalling Bluetooth, rebooting, and letting windows install the default driver too.

The Bluetooth is Paired the whole time.. just no sound gets received. It works flawlessly until seemingly randomly it just goes poof.

Windows 10 64-bit Bluetooth drivers for HP Probook 4520s

I cannot locate any Windows 10 64-bit Bluetooth drivers to connect my Jambox speaker to my HP 4520s Notebook.

On the HP site, Win 10 is not even an option listed under
Operating System but I've searched the site anyway.



History: I did the Windows 10 Pro 64-bit upgrade with their download coming from Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. Device Manager does not show any Bluetooth device attached, and my attempts to pair the Jambox with the Probook results in no devices found. The Jambox
worked fine with Win 7 drivers prior to the upgrade. The Wi-Fi works perfectly.



I have tried several Win 7 drivers, Win 8 drivers, and Intel drivers, but no joy!

HP is unable to provide any assistance on this matter.

Anyone have an answer?

 

How to turn off bluetooth in Windows 10?

I don`t have one anywhere in my computer either I don't use wifi or anything wireless and notifications appears on my action center that is Bluetooth turned on,i can`t find anywhere in my computer to turn it off? Win.10 pro 64 bit. Upgraded from win 8.1
pro 64 bit.

 

Still a major problem and have no idea what to do.
