Windows 10: Bluetooth audio devices on PC isn't working properly!

Recently on my PC I've been having issues with audio devices disconnecting and reconnecting. The sound will cease to play but the pause/play functionality works fine. Tried a couple of different headphones and the problem carries over. Already tried deleting and reinstalling the Bluetooth device, updating drivers, basically anything in the Windows recommended Bluetooth help area. Help would be appreciated.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

Try the steps given below to make sure that the Bluetooth device is discoverable:

  Turn on your Bluetooth audio device and make it discoverable.
  
  The way you make it discoverable depends on the device. Check the device or visit the manufacturer's website to learn how.

  Turn on Bluetooth on your PC if it's not on already. To do this, on the taskbar, select
  action center  > Bluetooth.
  
• 
  In action center, select Connect > the device name.
  
• 
  Follow any more instructions that might appear.

Cortana isn´t working

When I hit enter, it did something, but there´s still no Cortana, even after restart. So I tried it again, but now it says that it failed, because it´s already installed and it´s working in PC. So it should work, but Cortana still isn´t here.
