Windows 10: Bluetooth Audio lagging whenever an app is fullscreen

Just started today after updating. I'm using Sennheiser Momentum 3 True Wireless, which use AptX low latency. When just using the desktop as normal, there's no delay. As soon as I boot up something in fullscreen, like a game or Steam's Big Picture, the audio gets delayed by ~half a second. I've tried clicking the taskbar volume slider to hear the little bloop both while a game was running and when it's not, and the difference is night-and-day.Is this new update causing a codec switch or forcing audio enhancements even when I turn them off?

Yes, If you connect more than 1 device wirelessly (not including dongle ones) then there is lag in bluetooth mouse and stutter in bluetooth audio. If you have any fix, please reply.

So I have the same issue at my end.
I have Sony WH-1000 XM4 and it has audio stuttering and lagging.

I found the actual reason for this:

I have 3 Bluetooth devices connected with my PC.

1) Logitech Keyboard 380
2) HP Bluetooth Mouse 700
3) Sony WH-1000 XM4

Now whenever all 3 are connected, I get audio stuttering and lagging. But when I connect my mouse with Wireless Dongle and only 2 devices are connected audio works fine.

I don't think any of the below solutions will work. It has to do something with more devices connected with the system via Bluetooth. Seems like windows can only communicate with 2 Bluetooth devices at a time.

Add me to the list. My soundcard headphone jack went out and I just tried some bluetooth headphones only to discover the lag. What a bummer.
