Windows 10: Bluetooth audio shuttering when connected to wifi network

I'm having this recent issue with all bluetooth audio devices headphones, airpods,... The issue is that the audio shutters only when connected to wifi. I could keep the wifi on and listen to any audio with no problem. Once I connect to a network, the audio shutters. Noting that I recently got a new WIFI adaptor to replace the previous one which had some issues wifi disappearing,etc.

no wifi networks when bluetooth is on

i am having this issue from quite a long time now and its frustrating. When i start ma laptop it wont be able to find any wifi networks if bluetooth is on. Bluetooth needs to be switched off so as get a list of available wifi networks around me. If i turn
on bluetooth after connecting to wifi then wifi networks go away after a minute or so. I am running windows 10 on asus UX360CA. All the drivers are updated .Plz help me solve this issue

 

Audio on connected Bluetooth devices


I'm having a weird problem that I can't figure out and it's driving me nuts.

All that I'm attempting to do is to listen to the podcasts that I have on my Android smart phone through the speakers on my computer via Bluetooth. This worked in Win 8, but since upgrading to 10 I'm encountering a problem.

The computer will pair with the phone with no issues. It will also connect with the device via Bluetooth, no issues there either. But I can't make it pull the audio from the phone. When connected, the audio still plays through the phone, and not the computer.

I've poked around audio settings, and can't find anything. I installed drivers specific to the phone, that did not work. I also went to Dell's site and installed Bluetooth drivers that are specific to my computer. No change.

Any suggestions?

I suggest you to follow the Methods below.

Issue 1. Network.

Method 1:

Compatibility mode

I would suggest you to install the Older available drivers on manufacturer's website in compatibility mode.

Follow the steps below on how to install driver in compatibility mode:

1. Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

2. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select “Properties”.

3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.

5. Let the driver install and then check the functionality.

Issue 2. Bluetooth.

I suggest you to click on Scan for hardware changes in
Device Manager.

1. Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.

2. Hoover the Mouse and click Scan for Hardware changes.
