Windows 10: Bluetooth Battery Indicator/Status/Monitor is not showing

Can you please help me to get Bluetooth Battery Status/indicator/Monitor as I am Unable to get the Bluetooth battery status of Head Phone.

Bluetooth battery support is quite clumsy at the moment. There are different norms for showing battery on-scree.

If you don't see it, it can be two things :

- your headset isn't compatible.

Try with a mobile device. Can you see the battery level with your smartphone ?

If you can, there's a chance that your laptop's Bluetooth chipset simply isn't compatible with battery indicator.

I cannot suggest you more things, because you already did the right thing : updating the driver.

• Are the charging connectors clean and free of damage?
• Is your adapter working? Is the light on the connector lit when it is plugged in?
• Does the charging status show a power plug next to the battery when it is charging?

We suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps:

• Press and hold the power button on your Surface for 30 seconds.
• Press and hold the volume-up button and the power button on your Surface at the same time for at least
  15 seconds, and then release both. The screen may flash the Surface logo, but continue holding the buttons down for at least
  15 seconds.
• After you release the buttons, wait 10 seconds.
• Press and release the power button on your Surface to turn it back on.
