Windows 10: Bluetooth capabilities just... disappeared?

Discus and support Bluetooth capabilities just... disappeared? in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Hi. I've recently reinstalled windows on my laptop, which is a HP spectre pro G1 2014. Before the reinstall, Bluetooth was working just fine, however...     Hi. I've recently reinstalled windows on my laptop, which is a HP spectre pro G1 2014. Before the reinstall, Bluetooth was working just fine, however after reinstalling windows, it just doesn't seem to exist? There is no bluetooth icon, however wifi is working just fine. According to the windows troubleshooter, my PC supposedly doesn't have support Bluetooth? Even though it has a wireless module and did so before? Anyone got some advice on how to fix this?

    Bluetooth capabilities disappeared

    After doing a factory reset, it appears the bluetooth capabilities on my laptop have disappeared. There is no option to turn on bluetooth in the bluetooth and devices menu. In the device manager menu, there is no Bluetooth option. I've tried various things,
    such as enabling Bluetooth support services and downloading drivers, but I've not fixed the problem. When I try to troubleshoot Bluetooth, it says that my laptop has no Bluetooth capabilities.

    Just to be clear, my laptop used to have Bluetooth capabilities, and now it does not.

    This issue could possible caused by missing drivers. For us to better assist you, we'd like to know the following:

    • Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:
    • Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
    • Click OK.
    • Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?
    • What is the model of your laptop?

    Bluetooth capabilities just... disappeared?

    Bluetooth disappeared (Windows 11)

    • So uninstalled the Bluetooth Adapter and the faulty USB device and rebooted.
    • Bluetooth Capability Restored!!
    Yes - this worked on my Acer Desktop which I upgraded to Windows 11 some time ago. Bluetooth disappeared / hid itself after a Wondows update. Anyway - your advice as above has fixed the problem. Hope it holds. Many thanks.
