Windows 10: Bluetooth Capability just disappeared

Hi! Suddenly, the toggle on/off option for Bluetooth disappeared. I am using a Acer Nitro 5.I was just watching a Youtube video with bluetooth headphone when suddenly my device crashed and then upon restart the Bluetooth option is simply gone. On running the troubleshooter, I got the message , "Bluetooth is not available on this device. Please ..." see image below.I have restarted my computer several times. I have also restarted the Bluetooth Support Service and set it to automatic.I tried to update Bluetooth driver. All the options under Device Manager as shown in the second image below u

Bluetooth capabilities disappeared

After doing a factory reset, it appears the bluetooth capabilities on my laptop have disappeared. There is no option to turn on bluetooth in the bluetooth and devices menu. In the device manager menu, there is no Bluetooth option. I've tried various things,
such as enabling Bluetooth support services and downloading drivers, but I've not fixed the problem. When I try to troubleshoot Bluetooth, it says that my laptop has no Bluetooth capabilities.

Just to be clear, my laptop used to have Bluetooth capabilities, and now it does not.

• Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
• Click OK.

• Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?
• What is the model of your laptop?

All Bluetooth capabilities seem to have disappeared from Laptop, no Bluetooth listed in Device Manager, Troubleshooters says "Device does not have Bluetooth"

I was working like normal and suddenly my Bluetooth mouse stopped working. After some investigation, it seemed that all of a sudden Bluetooth capability disappeared from my laptop entirely. Like completely gone. I couldn’t turn Bluetooth on, and I couldn’t access any Bluetooth devices.

In “Settings”, it says “Couldn’t connect”. I cannot add any Bluetooth devices, and I cannot turn Bluetooth on.

In the “Device Manager”, there is no Bluetooth listed at all, and I am already showing hidden icons

When I run the “Bluetooth troubleshooter”, it says “Device does not have Bluetooth. Bluetooth is not available on this device. Please try using an external adapter to add Bluetooth capability to this computer”

I have tried reinstalling driver from the Intel website, but it did not fix the problem.

All Samsung and Windows updates have been updated.

I have used “Upgrade this PC now” from the Media Creation Tool.

I cannot hard-reset the computer because I do not have any external storage to backup my existing documents and photos.

It is like Bluetooth just completely disappeared. The solution that Samsung had was to have Microsoft send me a way to “use an external adapter to add Bluetooth capability to this computer” with a thumb drive or some other method as the troubleshooter suggested, but they won't do that. Their only solution every time is Hard Reset and that is a thing I do not want to do. As I mentioned, soft reset didn't work.
