Windows 10: Bluetooth card doesn't show up/work in Windows 10, but works fine in Ubuntu

I got a Gigabyte Bluetooth card 2 years ago and it worked on Windows 10 without any issues for a long time, but after reinstalling W10 on a new drive, W10 doesn't seem to have any Bluetooth ability and I don't see any Bluetooth adapter in the device manager. I have a Kubuntu installation on another drive and the bluetooth card works without needing to do anything special with it. I did notice that there is an "Unknown Device" in my device settings that is labelled as bluetooth and isn't set up properly. I assume this is the card. I tried removing the device and restarting Windows 10 but it just set up the device as unknown again.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Microphone not working in windows 10. Works fine in Ubuntu. Need advice.

I have not been getting any input in my mic since 2 weeks. Speaker output works fine. I first thought I was a driver issue so I

• Tried reinstalling audio driver
• Rolling back audio driver to previous version
• Using windows troubleshooter

It didn't work. I also bought a cheap external audio card for testing. It showed similar results: speaker working fine and mic not working.

This lead me to believe that it might be a windows issue so I ran an ubuntu usb. The mic works fine in it.

After that I tried:

• Resetting windows
• Reinstalling windows
  

Getting same results.

Other than that, I have checked. I can confirm that mic is not muted.

There is no input in sound control panel itself (there are no green bars).

I will really appreciate any advice regarding this.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
