Windows 10: Bluetooth connection collapsed!

As I try to connect my laptop to any bluetooth devices, it always show that the two devices are connected, then paired. However, when i click connect, it always says the buetooth device does work, when in fact it works perferctly with my other devices. Also, it looks like my laptop establishes fault connections with other devices, as it always shows the connected status but in fact the other devices receiving zero signal.I tried everything to fix this. But did not work out. Anyone can help me?

Bluetooth device fails to install properly.

We appreciate your response. We'd like to know if you've tried connecting other Bluetooth devices on your device.

If you don't have any other Bluetooth device or all of them are unable to connect to your computer, we'd recommend performing the following to isolate driver related issues:

• Search and launch Device Manager using Cortana.
• Locate and collapse Bluetooth.
• Right-click on each of the items listed under Bluetooth and check if the Update Driver Software option is lit. If greyed out, proceed to step 4.
• Click on Uninstall.
• Repeat steps 3 and 4 to all listed drivers.
• Restart your computer.

Note: Restarting your device will reinstall the specified drivers.

WIndows 10 cannot connect to a bluetooth headset.

• Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
• Click OK.

• What is the make and model of your headset and Bluetooth dongle?

Bluetooth Connection Issue - headphones, LE vs regular connection

Step 2: There are two terms regarding Bluetooth: pairing and connecting. Pairing is the introduction of one device to another. Once paired, they will stay in each other’s memory until manually erased. Once a device
is paired, the headset can then connect to that device to receive audio or voice from the device.

• Go into the device's paired list and manually select the Bluetooth.
  
• You may need to clear your paired list in your headset and re-pair your headset to your device.
  
• To clear your paired list in your headset, follow these steps: on the headset, press and hold the call and volume – buttons for 10 seconds
  
• The headset will revert to discoverable mode (slowly blinking LED), allowing you to re-pair the computer you want connect.
