Windows 10: Bluetooth connection issues between my OnePlus 6T and my Dell G7 7588

The story goes as follows: after "pairing" my Android phone to my G7, I've only been able to see them connect for maybe 5 seconds before the connection inevitably fails. I'm on Windows 10 version 2004 and OnePlus's latest Android 10 update. Also, my phone appears as two separate devices in the list of Bluetooth devices in Windows as shown in the image...

Mic problems with Realtek Audio, Dell G7 7588

Recently, my laptop (Dell G7 7588) has decided it wants to use the built in mic instead of my Astro A10 mic. I have checked for drivers everywhere, set different audio dsevices as default, unplugged my Asus VG245 monitor, and uninstalled then reinstalled
every audio driver, but nothing has worked. My mic has worked with only the 3.5mm jack since I purchased it in November of 2018, but it has only stopped working in the past month. I can still hear audio just fine. I can use the headset mic on my discord app
on my phone with no problems. Cannot find any help whatsoever.

(also, i do not have any Realtek HD audio things. I tried installing the HD audio manager through the system itself, but it said it was incompatible.)

Thanks for your answer. Will support for OnePlus devices come with the next update (that removed dependency on BT)? I have a Bluetooth dongle connected on my PC, but it might not support BTLE. My Razer Blade Stealth Early 2019 laptop behaves the same. I'm
asking because these sources claim that the OnePlus 6T is supported and the one on the top claims that they tested it:

Maybe send an email that they're releasing false information?

OnePlus One Bluetooth Problem with Windows 10

My OnePlus One phone will not connect to my Windows 10 laptop via Bluetooth. I suspect it's a Windows driver issue. I have removed and re-paired the phone many times. Each time, both the phone and the computer show that while the pairing process is ongoing,
the phone is connected to the laptop via Bluetooth. Once the pairing process is finished, and I receive a message that the phone's Bluetooth connection is ready to use, the connection drops and the two devices will not connect. While the phone is showed
as paired in the Bluetooth settings page, it does not appear in the Bluetooth list of devices in the action center. The phone does pair with other Bluetooth devices. I have updated the Bluetooth driver, and Dell informs me that all drivers on the computer
are up to date.
