    Hi,


    I am using windows 10 home on a HP Pavillion and most of the time my bluetooth connected devices are fine but other times they keep dropping. I use wireless ear podsSoundcore Liberty Air 2, Harman Kardon Onyx Studio 4 and my Xbox controller. I've done the whole forget the device, restart and all that other stuff on both ends but still these devices just keep dropping the connection please help

    MSFT Bluetooth Designer Mouse keeps dropping connection

    I just bought a Microsoft Designer Bluetooth Mouse and connected it to a Dell Inspiron 13 7000 series running Windows 10.

    The mouse connected fine but then drops the connection randomly and I must reboot to reconnect.

    Any suggestions?

    Internet Connection Keeps Dropping


    Hello, are you always connected to the same router - or are you skipping to others? Suggest disabling these settings:


    BLUETOOTH CONNECTIVITY KEEPS DROPPING [​IMG]

    Also check your channel is not congested, and signal strength is adequate. There are freeware tools which can show you this information.

    You might have to change band (frequency) - and in one scenario where someone was renting a place it was suggested the owner was restricting Wifi bandwidth...!

    I'm sure others more experienced in these issues will comment.
