Windows 10: Bluetooth connectivity with older devices and new devices

I have a new Samsung Galaxy .... smartphone, old laptop with updated Window 10 Edge, a large old Vizio tv that I'm using now as my monitor, an old Samgung air bar wireless mouse and keyboard, old pc speakers with woofer a sony smarttv in the bedroom. I'm a mess of old stuff and a new smartphone.

Question: How can I install Bluetooth to old devices and make them all speak to each other?

No sound as PC is connected to a bluetooth device.

As per your description, I understand that there is no sound in your PC as it shows that it is currently connected to a Bluetooth device which you do not recognize.

1. Have you connected your PC to Bluetooth speakers?

2. Do you recognize the device that is connected to your PC?

3. Does the Bluetooth device display under Control Panel > Devices and Printers?

To remove the device from your PC, follow the steps below

• Select Start > Settings > Devices >
  Bluetooth.
• Select the paired Bluetooth device that you want to remove > Remove device >
  Yes.

'Allow a device to connect' is greyed out

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Hardware and Device troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your USB Port. Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key +X, select
  Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top
  right to Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.
  

Step 2: I suggest you to check the Bluetooth Settings and check if it helps.

  Open Control Panel by clicking the
  Windows + X,
  
• 
  In the Control Panel search box, type
  Bluetooth, and then click Change Bluetooth settings.

  In the Bluetooth Settings dialog box, click the
  Options tab and do any of the following:

  Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer.

  To be notified when a Bluetooth enabled device is trying to connect to your computer, select the check box for

Bluetooth devices connected and working but not in the "Manage Bluetooth Devices" setting.

What is the make and model of the Bluetooth mouse?

Make sure to install the pending Windows update, then restart the system and check.

I suggest you to perform hardware and device troubleshooter and check if Bluetooth mouse device listed under the "Manage Bluetooth Devices" setting.

Windows has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Hardware and Devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Devices.
