Windows 10: Bluetooth Device Discovery not showing on Windows 11

I was trying to connect my device to my bluetooth and I realized that I dont have bluetooth device/ advanced discovery. I am able to connect things to my desktop computer, but I am unable to find the advanced settings. I have checked for updates and have nothing pending download. Here is a photo of my device manager, please help!

My Bluetooth device is enabled and shows as “Paired”, but isn’t working

I'm trying to pair a Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse on MacBook Pro 2018 bootcamped into windows. When I initially pair the mouse it works, but once I reboot it shows as Paired but will not connect. I have Discovery activated. I don't know what else I can
do.

My Windows 11 computer's Bluetooth cannot find any of my bluetooth devices

Whenever I try to connect any bluetooth device (I've tried three different ones now) to my desktop PC running Windows 11, nothing shows up. It just keeps showing the "Add a device" loading screen, where it says "Make sure your devices is turned on...."

I have tried several of the suggestions on this forum:

• Checking for driver updates
  
• Make sure Discovery is enabled for your Bluetooth devices. (Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth > More Bluetooth options. Then make sure “Allow Bluetooth devices to find this PC” is enabled.) Then try removing and then re-pairing the Bluetooth device.
  
• Uninstalling the bluetooth device entirely (the system automatically re-installed it)
  
• Restarting bluetooth
  
• Restarting my PC
  

For what it's worth, when I look in Device Manager at "Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R)", it shows this error message under "Events"
