  1. Bluetooth Device Does Not Require a Pin Code, Windows 11 Says Otherwise

Hello! Right now I'm trying to connect a device to my computer. This device is a Wii remote, which has certain Bluetooth capabilities which I can connect without issue to a device. The part I'm having trouble with is getting to connect the device. Before I switched to Windows 11 from Windows 10, I was able to connect this device to my computer without any issues. I used the Control Panel and added the device from there. When it asked me to put in a code, I could simply just press "continue" and it would work just fine. Today I tried to connect this device with the same method, but instead of t

  2. How to return deleted bluetooth device?

    Hi Oleg,

Let's check on this. To pair your phone with your MI Band 2 or any Bluetooth accessory. We suggest that you try the following steps below:

    • Make sure that the accessory or device you want to pair is turned on and in pairing mode so your phone can connect to it. and then turn the
    • In the App list, go to Settings> Devices >
      Bluetooth
and then turn the Status to On. Your phone will search for any discoverable Bluetooth accessories or devices. It will also be discoverable to other Bluetooth accessories or devices near you while you're on
this screen. Make sure your phone stays unlocked during pairing.
    • Tap the name of the accessory or device that you want to pair with your phone.
    • If a PIN (also called a pairing code) is required, do one of the following:
    • In the Pairing accessory message box, make sure that both the phone and the accessory or device display the same PIN, then tap
      OK.
    • Enter the PIN for your accessory if you're asked for it, then tap Done.
After it's paired, your phone will automatically connect to the accessory or device when it's in range and Bluetooth is on your phone is turned on.

Let us know how it goes.

    Regards.

  4. Bluetooth Device Does Not Require a Pin Code, Windows 11 Says Otherwise

Bluetooth Headphone requiring pin code input for connecting to windows

    Hello Andre,

Thanks for your prompt reply. I am trying to address all your suggestions one by one:

    1. SKU: Actually mine is a gaming pc, which I built myself. I'm not sure, but in the SKU part it only says : "SKU".

    2. I am using a bluetooth dongle, and seems like it's manufacturers don't provide any separate drivers, so I am using the default driver. But I have updated the drivers to the latest version.

    3. I have tried all your suggestions, and also restarted my pc.

After some researching, I have found that if I try to add devices from my pc, it doesn't work. But if I try from the device, then I can easily connect to my pc. For example: If I search for my pc from my phone, and connect it, I can establish the bluetooth
connection. But if I search for my phone from my pc, my pc discovers my phone, but does not generate any pin or even prompt for it when I try to connect. After sometime, the same message reappears - "Check the pin and
    try connecting again."

So, what should I do? Seems like my pc does not generate any pin code while it itself is attempting the bluetooth connection. Also, for a bluetooth headphone, it should not generate any pin code in the first place,
    don't you think?

    Thanks again!
