Windows 10: Bluetooth Device not detected after update to Win 10 v1909

Hi,

I am using Hp 800 g2 mini Pc. After update to Windows 10 version 1909 Bluetooth is not working. WiFi is working fine but the system troubleshooter show that there's no Bluetooth device attached to system. i fully updated the windows and drivers there is nothing left to install in pc.
the WiFi+Bluetooth hardware model is Broadcom bcm943228z 2x2 M.2

The same WiFi+Bluetooth hardware model is working fine for WiFi and Bluetooth in my laptop HP 250 G4. And the windows 10 verison is same 1909 in laptop.

Cannot update Win 10 to v1909 Realtek Bluetooth driver has to be updated

Ran into this problem also, complaining about old Realtek BT drivers but none installed.

First check for non-present devices in Device Manager by enabling hidden items under View/Show hidden devices. If you still don't see your bluetooth device listed, you may have an orphaned driver file like I did.

Check your C:\Windows\System32\drivers folder for the file RtkBtfilter.sys.
An old Realtek bluetooth driver, not being used but detected by the updater.

Deleted the file and update was able to continue.

There was nothing logged in the CompatData().xml files as suggested to check here:

(I guess because it wasn't installed nor was there any inf file for it.)

 

Can't detect Bluetooth devices on Win 10

If the issue still persists, try the below steps and see if this helps.

I suggest you to install the latest Bluetooth driver from the computer manufacturer website.

If the driver for Windows 10 is unavailable, you may install the latest driver in compatibility mode.
Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows.

Follow the below steps:

• Right-click on the setup file of the driver and select
  Properties.
• Select Compatibility tab.
• Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select
  previous the version of Windows (Windows 8) from the drop down list.
• Let the driver install and then check the functionality.
