bluetooth device (personal area network) listed multiple times

I am running Windows 10 Pro.
I have noticed an issue in device manager when using my bluetooth connection to create a PAN with my ipad to share the internet on the iPad.

Under network adapters, "bluetooth device (personal area network) #5" is listed. Several times I have seen #5, #6, and #7 listed after the "(personal area network)".

How do I get rid of that or edit it so that the serial numbering does not show up constantly?
    Thanks a lot.

    :)

"add new bluetooth device" vs "join personal area network"

i don't know if i am missing something or it is a bug on w10.
i click "add new bluetooth device" and then i can pair a lumia, ok. i can see my phone in "join personal area network" window.
if i try to pair the phone from "join personal area network" window i can see it in bluetooth devices list but not in "join personal area network" window.
so... it is a bug?! did i make anything wrong?! what is the difference between "add new bluetooth device" and "join personal area network" on w10?! what is "join personal area network" used for?!
    thanks

bluetooth device (personal area network) listed multiple times

    Same device appearing multiple times

I have recently installed a new Philips 43PUS8555/12 smart TV which is connected to my router via 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi.

My desktop PC is connected to my router via ethernet cable and when I look at the “Devices and Printers” / “Multimedia Devices” area I see the ‘43PUS8555/12’ listed 44 times. When TV is switched ON only one becomes active.

I also have a DELL laptop which is connected via 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi and this lists the same ‘43PUS8555/12’ device 24 times. When TV is switched ON only one becomes active.

Both Desktop and laptop are running Windows 10 Home 20H2, build 19042.630.

    Questions: -

    1. Why are there multiple devices with the same name when I only have one TV?
    2. Also why the difference between Desktop (44) and my laptop (24)?
    3. Can I remove all the extra devices using “Remove Device” so that only one device remains?

Here is picture of my Desktop PC 'Multimedia Devices' list: -
