Windows 10: bluetooth disconnects when i move pc

Hello. When I physically move the computer, the bluetooth disconnects. By moving I mean maybe 1-2cm. bluetooth shortcut becomes invisible. The driver doesn't show up in device manager either. Since I couldn't solve it after long efforts, I reset it to the computer with usb. and surprisingly even the reset computer has the same problem! Pc is a laptop. Did a hardware failure occur?As additional information there is something in the device manager that has received an unknown usb driver. When I remove it, it comes again. existed before and after the format

How to disconnect and reconnect bluetooth devices in Windows 10?

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Pair the Bluetooth device to the system.
• Right click on the Speaker icon in the System tray and select
  Playback Devices.
• Select the device and click on the drop down list next to Set default button.
• Select the option to connect and disconnect from the device.

Bluetooth is not working — troubleshoot claims I don't even have it

I have done all the following steps:

- installed bluetooth driver from manufacturer
- hit windows update
- updated / uninstalled bluetooth items listed in Device Manager and restarted the PC
- updated / uninstalled USB drivers listed in Device Manager and restarted the PC (USB drivers automatically came back but not bluetooth)
- turned on and restarted all bluetooth support in services.msc
- conducted bluetooth troubleshooting
- conducted hardware troubleshooting

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1:

Turn on Bluetooth on your iPhone which you link to pair on Windows PC.

Note: Turn on Bluetooth on iPhone, tap settings, tap Bluetooth, and then turn on Bluetooth.

1. Open settings on Windows 10 PC
   
2. Select Devices and select Bluetooth
   
3. Below Manage Bluetooth devices select, turn on the Bluetooth option.
   
   
4. Windows 10 will start searching for Bluetooth devices, in few seconds, your IPhone name will appear in manage Bluetooth devices sections.
   
5. Click on pair button
   
6. It will prompt for the passcode on Windows 10 PC
   
7. Check whether passcode is appearing on your IPhone
   
8. Click Yes button on your PC, and then tap pair option on your IPhone to pair with Windows 10 PC via Bluetooth.
