    Bluetooth driver error


    I have a frustrating problem. Every bluetooth device I install on my PC will only work right after I initially install the driver. After a restart, I get the following error:


    Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information in the registry is incomplete or damaged. Code 19


    I have tried three different adapters. Two are USB, and one is a PCI card installed in my desktop. Two have Intel chips, and one Realtek, but it does not matter. I get the same error on all three. I have tried different drivers, removing the driver along with the files associated with them and reinstalling, various registry cleaners, removing hidden drivers in Device Manager, and nothing works. I have Googled this problem, but cannot find a solution. I do not know what in the registry is corrupt that is causing it. Can anybody help? Here is a brief description of my system:


    Dell XPS gaming desktop

    Windows 10 Pro version 20H2

    12GB ram
