    Dear Sir,

    have upgraded my system from windows 7 to 10 but I have noticed that my Bluetooth device (powered by BROADCOM corporation) is not reflecting in my pc. I tried to install windows 7 Bluetooth driver to install it but the software also cannot run in windows 10 which came with my pc.


    My laptop model is Dell Inspiron 15R N5010. Please help

    Hi Team,

    I have recently upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7 in my Dell inspiron 15R N5010 laptop. I could not find Bluetooth neither in configuration nor in devices. Can anyone please help me in this regard ? FYI I tried diagnosing the laptop through dell website
    where i found no Bluetooth driver installed, so i tried installing the driver suggested by dell (R226746.exe) from the website on running received following message "This publisher has been blocked from running software on your machine". Please let me know
    what driver should be installed.

    Try to use this driver instead Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 Driver for Windows 10 (32-bit, 64-bit), 8.1 (64-bit), 8 (64-bit) - Notebook - FR It works great for me.
