Windows 10: Bluetooth Driver Problem 0xC00000B7

Almost a week ago I have some pairing problem with one of my bluetooth headset, I figure it may be the bluetooth driver problem so i uninstalled the driver and try to reinstall it, that's when the nightmare begin.

Machine Info:


The PC comes from HP. The model is HP ENVY 700-059c

Sadly they dont even support the drivers anymore, but it's ok I have it saved long time ago.

The motherboard that hosted the BT chip is MSI MS-7826

1. Initially I installed the trusty driver I always have when I reinstall my PC. It installs, but it just doesnt work. same error as the one posted below
2. So I proceed to uninstalling the driver and let Device Manger to update the driver. Same Error. Not functional.
3. Try Windows Update, didnt have anything new
4. Try Go to troubleshoot and select bluetooth troubleshoot. Windows suggest reinstalling driver, still same error.
5. This is when I start looking at the error. Some online sources say delete theupper and lower limit of the bluetooth in REGEDIT . But I dont even have those value in REGEDIT, cannot locate them and hence this method doesnt work.
6. Someone online also mention restarting Bluetooth Support Service in services.msc -- Done that, no use.
7. I tried a few other random things suggested by youtube, but none of them worked.

The question is... is there anything else I can do before I go and do a fresh install? That's a lot of work and I really loath doing that... Thanks everyone for your kind help.

PROBLEME with BLUETOOTH on NOKIA 6700 CLASSIC !!!

I HAVE A PROBLEME WITH BLUETOOTH ON MY NOKIA 6700 CLASSIC ........... BLUETOOTH can't be activate.

• menu
• settings
• connectivity
• bluetooth
• activate

but he doesn't activate ........................................... so please help me!!!! .

I would suggest you to update the Bluetooth drivers as the initial troubleshooting steps and check. Here is the steps:

• Press Windows+X key on your desktop and select
  Device Manager.
• Locate Bluetooth drivers, expand, right click and click on Update.
  

If it doesn’t help, then I would suggest you to uninstall
and re-install the Bluetooth drivers in compatibility mode. Here is the steps:

• Go to your manufacturer’s website and download the
  Driver’s setup file for your computer.
• Press Windows Key + R on your desktop screen to go to run box.
• Type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter.
• Under Driver, expand, then right click and select
  Uninstall.
• If you are prompted to Confirm then Confirm.
• Go to the location where you had saved your downloaded setup files of the drivers and
  right click, then select Properties.
• Select Compatibility Tab.
• Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list.
• Let the driver to install and then check the functionality.
